Welcome to Kanjo (感情). We build tools that help you explore anime based on your emotional state. This Privacy Policy details how we handle data and protect your identity in both local offline and live environments.
1. DATA MINIMIZATION PROTOCOL
Kanjo operates on a transparency-first model. We only collect the minimal personal identifiers necessary to run the service. This includes your email address when signing up via Supabase Email/Password or Google OAuth, which is used solely to authenticate your session and link your personalized Vibe DNA stats.
2. SECURE STORAGE & LOCAL MEMORY
Your private searches and custom vibe queries are stored locally on your device (via LocalStorage) and are never uploaded to our servers. Your check-in history, active daily streak, and bookmarked anime lists are securely synced with our database powered by Supabase, protected by enterprise-grade Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
3. ZERO THIRD-PARTY SHARING
We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your email address or personal identity logs to marketing networks or third parties. We use Google OAuth strictly for safe authentication and AniList API to query global anime curations.
4. YOUR CONTROL RIGHTS
You own your Vibe data. You can modify your custom anime codename at any time inside your profile portal. If you wish to delete your account and clear all synced bookmarks, check-ins, and user logs permanently, you can request account deletion by contacting support.
For account data deletion requests or direct compliance questions, drop us an email and we will wipe your cloud datasets within 48 hours.
