Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing our vibe scanning system, streaks tracker, and custom collectible database. By using Kanjo, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these conditions.
1. COVENANT OF AGREEMENT
By accessing Kanjo (感情) at http://localhost:3000 or https://kanjo.co.in, you represent that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these rules, you are prohibited from invoking our anime search portals and syncing data with our backend database.
2. USER ACCOUNT CODE & CONDUCT
When you authenticate via Google Sign-In or Email, Kanjo auto-generates a unique aesthetic anime codename for you (e.g., @Spectral_Ninja_422). You are permitted to customize this username as long as it does not violate general decency rules, harass others, or impersonate other users.
3. DATA ORIGIN & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Kanjo does not host, stream, or claim copyright over any anime video materials, banners, posters, characters, or descriptions. All metadata, titles, average scores, and images displayed in the app are fetched dynamically via the public, open-source AniList GraphQL API. All rights belong to their respective animation studios, distribution networks, and creators.
4. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Kanjo curates recommendations based on emotional indicators to help combat decision fatigue. The services are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranty that search portals, recommendations, watch order flowmaps, or streak trackers will be 100% uninterrupted or free from metadata errors.
